History: For the longest time, the neighbors of Neo-Philippines has been among the wealthiest in Asia, while this country struggled economically and financially. However, the past few years, the country is experiencing a boom, and fnally decided they would try their luck in a Gundam Fight. Just after the 2nd Gundam Fight, they held a martial arts tournament, and the winners is to be selected the Gundam Fight pilot/representative. Alvin Cruz plowed through the ranks with his Eskrima-style martial arts, and got the honor to represent Neo-Philippines. He is to pilot the Jeepney Gundam, and will try to break the mold and represent Neo-Philippines as a significant force in the area. Al is a pretty quiet guy, and will only say something if he needs to. He is very confident with his skills, and can keep up with most other types of martial arts along with his main proffession, the Eskrima.
