History: Neo Spain pulled a strong place in the 1st Gundam Fight, placing 4th. The fighter who accomplished that, however, deteriorated in the 2nd Fight, brining Neo Spain down to 10th place. In light of the man's diminishing success, the Spanish royalty called for a new representative, and for the representative to be of noble blood

Juan Fernando Alvarez Santiago de Compostela III is the Count of Neo Barcelona. He is incredibly rich, and spends his extensive leisure time practicing the physical arts of the nobility of old; swordplay and jousting, for example, although he dabbles in bullfighting as well. It's known, however, that Fernando has delusions of heroism and valor in an old Romantic sense (this is largely why he so readily accepted the position of Gundam Fighter).

He's done well so far, having made it to the Finals.
