History: James Ranger represents a fairly interesting cross between the Classic Rural American (from his Father, who is a wealthy Rancher from Earth) and the Modern Industrial American (his Mother, who is a business CEO and a major stockholder in many inter-colonial corporations). In public, he usually presents is ‘Good Ol’ Boy’ Side for the cameras, but he can be sophisticated when it is called for. In general, James is a laid back kind of guy, but that does not mean he is lazy. Since he mainly grew up helping his dad on the ranch, he is a natural marksman and a quick draw, with many years of practice.
